Are you a senior internal audit and risk management professional with BFSI sector, looking for a leadership role?

Our group is focused on internal audits, tax and technology consulting services with a team of 2,400 personnel across 12 cities. Currently, we are looking for a leadership role as “Director/ Partner – Internal Audits & Risk Advisory Services (BFSI)” at Mumbai office of RSM India. 

This role could be suitable for you if you are a qualified CA, with close to 15+ years’ experience in Internal Audits (preferably for private sector banks, NBFCs, MFs, AMCs and Insurance), with audit planning, team management, reports finalisation, presentation before the Audit Committees/senior management, and a track record of developing new leads. You would be managing a team of 25 to 40 personnel.

Qualifications: CA

Experience: 15 to 20 years

Key area of experience: Internal Audits

Preferred Industry: BFSI {Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC), Mutual Funds, Asset Management Company (AMC), Insurance Company, Private sector banks}

CTC Range: Rs 40 lakhs to Rs 60 lakhs including performance-based compensation. Remuneration not a constraint for the right candidate.

 

Required Key Skills:  

  1. Expert Technical knowledge in internal audits particularly BFSI sector and applicable regulations
  2. Ability to manage a team of 30 to 50 personnel
  3. Tech Savvy and good understanding of ERP systems such as Flexcube and Finnacle
  4. Oral communication
  5. Written communication
  6. Presentable
  7. Maturity
  8. Proactive and self motivated
  9. Hands-on experience of attending Audit Committee meetings, Senior Management meetings for presenting audit findings

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Track record of pursuing and developing new leads (NWD)
  2. Ability to manage multiple engagements
  3. Ability to meet stringent engagement deliverables timelines

Expected Engagements:

  1. Internal Audit of a financial services Group (BKC Mumbai – 25% to 30% time per annum)
  2. Concurrent Audit of a private sector Bank (Andheri-East)
  3. Concurrent Audit of a private sector Bank (Nariman Point Office + Lower Parel)
  4. Concurrent Audit of a private Bank (BKC) etc.
  5. Internal Audits / One-time assignments of other BFSI clients

KRAs:

  1. Ensure high quality service delivery (Final reports + Audit Committee presentations) for clients (mentioned in Expected Engagements above)
  2. Meeting all agreed deliverables timelines with the Client
  3. Updating knowledge repository and checklists / guidelines for clients (mentioned in Expected Engagements above)
  4. Develop NWD of Rs. 50 lakhs in Year-1 AND Rs 100 lakhs in Year-2
  5. Manage team of alteast 25 personnel across 4 to 5 clients with annual revenue of Rs.200 to 300 lacs
