USA has been the largest business partner of India with estimated bilateral business of US$ 150 billion for goods and services during the current financial year. Most of the large and mid-sized Indian Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies, pharma companies, textiles and engineering as well as Gems & Jewellery companies have business operations in the US. The US operations are engaged in marketing, customer relationship management, on-site services, distribution, manufacturing and other functions.
