The Swiss Government has recently announced the suspension of the unilateral application of the Most Favoured Nation (MFN) clause under the India-Switzerland DTAA, effective January 1, 2025. This decision is based on the Indian Supreme Court's ruling that MFN benefits apply only to OECD members as of the treaty's signing date.
