Chandrasekar. K is a senior finance professional and has held several CFO and CXO assignments in a long career of 30+ years. He is a CA, CMA and ERP functional consultant.  

His experiences span finance, accounting & controls, strategic & financial planning, IT, ERP implementation, financial reporting & analysis, post-merger & acquisition, due diligence, strategy & business process re-engineering, fund management, team building & leadership, working capital management, investor relationships, and sustainability implementation. 

Chandrasekar has worked with several large Indian conglomerates, including Suzlon Energy, Hinduja Group India Ltd., Johnson Controls, and Hindustan Motors, among others. In his latest role as CFO at Page Industries, he was responsible for Finance, Accounting, Budget controls, Financial planning, Global Investor relationships, Board compliances, IT function, Sustainability and ESG projects.
