The policy introduces a structured incentive framework, providing financial, operational, and regulatory support to businesses establishing or expanding their GCC operations in the state.

Key Highlights of the Policy:

•    Capital & Operational Subsidies – Financial support of upto Rs. 200 Cr for eligible GCCs;
•    Employment Incentives – Support of upto Rs. 60,000 per employee to encourage job creation;
•    EPF & Power Tariff Reimbursement – Cost benefits for workforce retention and operational efficiency;
•    Patent & Skill Development Assistance – Incentives for innovation, R&D, and workforce training;
•    IFSC-GIFT City Benefits – Access to a 10-year tax holiday, simplified regulatory framework, and financial sector advantages.

This policy presents strategic opportunities for multinational and domestic enterprises seeking to establish high-value centers in Gujarat, with a focus on technology, financial services, and innovation-driven sectors.
