Current role description 

Didik is a Partner for Consulting Practice at RSM Indonesia with more than 32 years’ experience. Before joining RSM Indonesia in 2009, he spent most of his career with the Big Four public accounting firm. 

Current skills and experience 

With his extensive experience, Didik is an expert in Audit and Assurance, Business Process Review, Financial Due Diligence, Agreed-upon Procedures, and other Attestation. Didik undertakes audit for the purpose of initial public offering (IPO) and bond offering (both domestic and global offering), which include review prospectus and offering circular memorandum. Didik involved in various financial due diligence and review for private group of companies and state-owned enterprises.

Current sector or industry expertise 

Didik provides services to clients from various sectors, both national and multinational companies. He takes a client-focus approach and has technical skills, knowledge, and ideas to provide clients value in most industries. He served clients from Property, Real Estate and Construction, Trading and Retail, Hospitality, Media and Television, Plantation, Transportation,  and manufacturing thereby gaining more expertise in these sectors.

Didik takes a fresh perspective, working closely with clients to understand their business and identify future challenges. He collaborates with experience and dedicated experts to address specific needs and carry out his clients’ vision. Clients can expect timely services that meet both deadlines and quality standards. 

Qualification 

• Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting, Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), The IAPI
• Chartered Accountant (CA), the IAI
