Current role description
Eny is a Partner for Tax Practice at RSM Indonesia and has joined the firm since 2005. Eny has the responsibility of managing and handling tax audits, managing tax compliance services, managing and handling tax dispute resolution, comprising the preparation of objections to tax assessments and subsequent successful resolution through the Tax Court process, handling tax advisory, reviewing tax judicial review to the Supreme Court, managing and reviewing tax due diligence assignments, participating in building the company credibility throughout webinar and active in professional organization.
Current service skills and experience
Eny has demonstrate tax compliance services for both monthly and yearly report, tax advisory services by providing services regarding opinions on tax issues that may arise from transaction that have or will occur, tax audit services by provide the assistance during tax audit proves by managing and ensure that the result of the tax audit are in accordance with tax regulations until the tax assessment letter is issued, tax dispute by representing the client in tax court hearing, preparing correspondence and together with the client preparing evidence required during the hearing process (including tax objection, tax appeal and tax judicial review), assisting preliminary investigation, tax review, and tax due diligence for domestic and multinational companies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Malangkucecwara Malang, Indonesia
- Registered Tax Attorney, the Indonesian Tax Court
- Registered Tax Consultant, Brevet C “All Taxes” Category, The Directorate General of Taxes
