Qivi is a Partner of Tax Practice in RSM Indonesia with more than 15 years of professional experience.

Qivi has expertise and profound knowledge in transfer pricing and international tax, which are complemented by his strong academic background in accounting and taxation. 

Current sector or industry expertise

Most of Qivi’s career was spent at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) of Indonesia, where his exceptional skills and dedication to his profession were recognized through numerous achievements. 

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Qivi is a skilled lecturer and trainer, actively imparting knowledge on accounting, taxation, transfer pricing, and international tax at DGT and academic institutions. He is a regular speaker at the Indonesian tax consultant association and multinational companies, particularly for transfer pricing training, due to his unique and comprehensible methods of conveying transfer pricing issues.

Qivi’s expertise has also been recognized through his published articles on transfer pricing and international tax issues in international taxation practitioner journals, prestigious academic conference, and national media. 

He has specific industry expertise in commodities, particularly in coal mining, nickel mining, smelter, gold mining, palm plantation, palm oil mill, and refinery.

In terms of service delivery, Qivi is highly knowledgeable about client businesses and the services delivered. He provides advice on complex tax issues, taking into consideration not only tax regulations but also business and practical considerations.   • Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Indonesia
  • Master of Science in International Accounting and Finance, Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham, England
