William has more than 13 years of experience in advising high profile clients throughout Southeast Asia. He has in-depth experience in strategic planning, financial risk management, risk modelling, banking operations, regulatory compliance as well as project management.

William has assisted many successful merger & acquisition initiatives. He has assisted many Banks and Financial Institutions improved their end-to-end risk management practice to improve the overall performance and profitability. Beyond that, he has also helped many companies in transforming and scaling up their business through transformation initiatives such as designing target operating model, business process re-engineering, and overhauling the system to accommodate the new business needs.

William is a strategist with significance focus on the banking and insurance industry. His client’s portfolio includes Central Bank, Global Banks, large and mid-tier banks in Indonesia & Malaysia, insurance companies, oil & gas companies, manufacture companies, retail businesses, logistic services, plantations, etc.
