From February 3 to February 5, 2026, the RSM World Leadership Conference 2026 was held in Vienna, Austria. Representing RSM Shiodome Partners, our CEO, Kengo Maekawa, attended the three-day event to engage with global leaders from across the network.

The conference served as a platform to review the significant achievements of 2025 and to align on strategic directions for future growth. Key sessions focused on the core pillars of the RSM global strategy, including the advancement of digital innovation, the enhancement of service quality, and the continued evolution of risk management frameworks. Participants also shared practical insights on building a resilient and diverse culture, ensuring the organization remains agile and forward-thinking in a rapidly changing global environment.

Empowering People and Leadership
A significant portion of the program was dedicated to People and the development of future-ready leaders. Graduates of the RSM Global Leadership Programme took the stage to deliver inspirational presentations based on their professional experiences and real-world applications. These sessions provided valuable perspectives and sparked meaningful dialogue among the attendees.
The conference also featured a specialized session by Allyson Stewart-Allen (BSc., MBA), a world-renowned researcher and tutor for the leadership program. Focusing on Cultural Awareness, she discussed how understanding and leveraging differences in national backgrounds, regional customs, and values directly impacts our work and professional growth. The session highlighted how fostering this awareness ultimately leads to superior value creation for our clients.
