Kei Serizawa began his career at a major real estate company affiliated with a leading Japanese business group, where he worked in the accounting department. He was primarily responsible for deposit management and payment processing, overseeing daily cash flow management and both internal and external settlement processes.

He joined RSM Shiodome Partners in 2022 and became a member of the Payment Agency Group, providing payment agency services including bank transfers and the payment of taxes, social insurance premiums, and other public dues on behalf of clients. Currently, as Manager of the Cash Management Division, he oversees the overall management and operation of payment agency services for more than 80 clients. While ensuring accuracy and strict compliance with deadlines, he is also committed to operational improvements and enhancing service quality.
