Kiichiro began his career with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC in 2000, where he engaged in statutory audits as well as accounting and internal control support for pre‑IPO companies. After leaving the firm in 2010, he served as Head of Administration at a business corporation, overseeing all back‑office functions. From 2018 to 2025, he worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co. He joined RSM Shiodome Partners in 2025. He provides end‑to‑end support for clients’ finance and accounting functions, including BPO services, process improvement, temporary staffing coverage for employees on leave or resignation, and management accounting framework development.
