Masakazu Matsuo

Manager

After working as a design engineer at a major automotive manufacturer, where he was involved in product development, the creation of 3D design data, and building frameworks to accelerate prototyping and development, Masakazu Matsuo joined Smart Process Co., Ltd. (now RSM Shiodome Smart Process Limited). Leveraging practical experience and technical knowledge gained on the product development floor, he has engaged in project management including coordination with and oversight of external partners. As a member of a PMO, he currently supports projects aimed at introducing digital technologies and reforming development processes in the manufacturing industry, contributing broadly to the realization of operational efficiency and improved ways of working. In July 2026, in connection with RSM Shiodome Smart Process joining RSM in Japan, he was appointed Manager.
