After graduating from university, Masataka worked in corporate sales before joining a regional accounting firm. He supported clients particularly in the construction sector and special‑purpose entities such as NPOs through accounting and tax services, cloud‑based back‑office system implementation, workflow design, and budgeting/forecasting frameworks. He specialized in cost management optimization and financial visibility, working closely with management to help turn around underperforming businesses through practical, data‑driven improvements. He joined RSM Shiodome Partners in 2025 and currently provides accounting and tax consulting and outsourcing services to listed subsidiaries and pre‑IPO companies.
