After more than a decade at an automotive OEM, where he was involved in all aspects of vehicle development including engine planning and system design for electric vehicles, Subaru Saito joined Smart Process Co., Ltd. (now RSM Shiodome Smart Process Limited). Drawing on the deep industry knowledge and technical expertise cultivated through years of product development experience, he has engaged in development process reform consulting for automotive and parts manufacturers, with a particular focus on BOM and RFLP implementation. He provides end-to-end support, from building clients' business processes through to embedding those changes on the ground. In July 2026, in connection with RSM Shiodome Smart Process joining RSM in Japan, he was appointed General Manager.
