Takashi began his career at a tax firm in Fukuoka before founding a restaurant business. He also established a specialized accounting training school in Fukuoka, serving as both principal and instructor, where he trained numerous accounting professionals. He later served as a Public Secretary to a Member of Parliament, managing the local office and gaining extensive experience in organizational operations and stakeholder coordination. At RSM Shiodome Partners, he leverages his management background and educational expertise to support clients in building and strengthening back‑office functions, including accounting, tax, workflow design, operational improvement, and implementation support. He works closely with clients to identify issues from an on‑the‑ground perspective and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver practical, sustainable solutions.
