After completing a graduate degree in engineering, Tomohiro Aoyama joined an automotive OEM, where he was involved in exterior performance evaluation for mass-production vehicle development and project management for design and development DX reform initiatives. He subsequently joined Smart Process Co., Ltd. (now RSM Shiodome Smart Process Limited), where he applied his extensive practical knowledge and technical background in the manufacturing sector to lead operational efficiency and development process reform projects for automotive OEMs and suppliers as a DX consultant, contributing to clients' competitive strength. In July 2026, in connection with RSM Shiodome Smart Process joining RSM in Japan, he was appointed General Manager.
