Yoshitake Kajihara

Assistant Manager

Yoshitake joined the Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau in 2008 and spent approximately 17 years on the front lines of tax administration, including corporate tax audits, technical review, and handling fraudulent consumption tax refund cases. He joined the RSM Shiodome Partners in 2025 and currently provides advanced tax advisory services, such as corporate reorganizations and group tax consolidation, to listed companies, pre‑IPO companies, and mid‑sized family businesses.
Leveraging his extensive administrative experience, he also contributes to internal quality management initiatives, enhancing the overall quality of services across the organization. He has deep expertise in corporate tax, consumption tax, and stamp tax, with particular specialization in complex consumption tax matters and refund procedures in the trading (import/export) and real estate sectors.
