Aisulu Narbaeva is the Managing Partner of RSM in Kazakhstan.

Aisulu Narbaeva has more than 25 years of professional experience, including 22 years in the Big Four international audit company EY (Ernst & Young), of which 11 years as an EY Audit Partner.

Aisulu Narbaeva is the owner of the following qualifications:

   US Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
   Certified Auditor of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Aisulu Narbaeva is known in Kazakhstan for her professionalism and deep knowledge of the best international business practices.

As the engagement audit partner, Aisulu has led the audit of the largest Kazakh national and foreign companies, including: National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC and its largest subsidiaries.

Aisulu's work experience includes conducting Due Diligence on acquisitions of Kazakhstan companies in various sectors of the economy by foreign investors, providing consulting services on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), providing accounting services and preparing financial statements.

Aisulu Narbaeva was a partner on a number of projects financed by international organizations (EBRD, World Bank, ADB), as well as on a public-private partnership project financed by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and EBRD.
