Nurgul is the Audit Director of RSM Qazaqstan.
Nurgul has 15 years of professional experience in the field of auditing and financial reporting. Nurgul's professional experience includes working for the international audit company EY (Ernst & Young).
Nurgul’s industry experience includes working as the Head of the corporate reporting department and transformation of accounting and taxes in Kazmunaigas JSC. Based on the results of the assessment by the competent authorities (Kazakhstan and Moscow Exchanges, ARC Awards, Comprend), the Annual Report of Kazmunaigas JSC prepared under leadership of Nurgul was awarded a number of awards. Nurgul participated in transactions for the placement of bonds and refinancing of loans of JSC NC KMG, as well as in transactions for the merger and divestment of businesses.
Combination of unique professional experience gained in international audit companies and industrial experience acquired in the largest national company in Kazakhstan provided Nurgul has a deep understanding of complex business processes, risks, excellent practical knowledge in solving complex financial reporting issues to deliver services of unrivaled quality.
