To support this goal, we operate the Ethics, Compliance, and Greivance Reporting Center where both internal and external parties can report concerns. We assure you that all submissions will be reviewed and addressed with integrity and confidentiality.

What Can Be Reported

  • Violations of independence by the firm or its employees
  • Bribery, embezzlement, or other corrupt practices involving employees
  • Accounting fraud or breach of confidentiality obligations
  • Workplace misconduct such as discrimination, harassment, or other unethical behavior
  • Violations of laws, regulations, or internal policies

Confidentiality and Investigation Process

All reports will be investigated in accordance with our internal policies and procedures.
Appropriate measures will be taken based on the findings. The identity of the whistleblower and the details of the report will be kept strictly confidential. We are committed to notifying the whistleblower of the results.

Important Notes

To prevent malicious or false accusations, all reports must be submitted under the real name of the reporter, including their mobile phone number.
The reporter is also expected to cooperate by providing supporting documents, explanations, or attending meetings as needed to clarify facts.
