Biography

Ravi Kumar, ACA, is a Partner at RSM in Kuwait, where he leads the firm’s Tax Division. He is responsible for tax planning, annual compliance, and advisory services covering Domestic Minimum Top-Up Tax, Income Tax, National Labour Support Tax, Zakat, and compliance under the Foreign Direct Investment Law (KDIPA). He also brings expert knowledge of double taxation treaties between the State of Kuwait and various countries. With over 35 years of professional experience in Kuwait and the wider Middle East, Ravi provides tax advisory and compliance services to a broad portfolio of international clients across diverse industries, including oil & gas, airlines, construction, hospitality, telecommunications, courier services, power, and franchising. In addition, he is an active member of several RSM Global and Regional working groups, contributing to initiatives on international tax and Pillar Two services.
