Aistė Baltutė is RSM in Lithuania's Head of Quality Control in the accounting services field, with extensive experience in overseeing, controlling, and improving financial processes. She is responsible for accounting quality control, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and enhancing internal processes. Aistė also coordinates client accounting onboarding processes, manages nonconformity analysis, initiates quality improvement solutions, and actively contributes to strengthening team competencies and increasing organizational efficiency.

Aistė specializes in reviewing financial statements, verifying tax calculations, and optimizing processes. She has extensive experience in payroll calculation and optimization, actively contributes to team development, and strengthens the quality culture within the organization. Her work is centered on consistent process monitoring, risk management, and the implementation of efficient accounting solutions.

Education and Qualifications

Aistė holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit. She continuously expands her knowledge in finance, taxation, and accounting. In her work, she applies ISO 9001 principles and actively contributes to the implementation and maintenance of the quality management standard within the organization.
