Longstanding expertise

Vidmantas Satkus is a certified Lithuanian auditor and the head of an audit group. He has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in auditing, finance, and law across both the public sector and private business. He joined the RSM in Lithuania team in 2020.

At RSM in Lithuania, Vidmantas provides audit services for companies’ financial statements (prepared in accordance with Lithuanian or international financial reporting standards), financial statement reviews, and bondholder representation services. He is someone who prefers action over words, encourages colleagues, readily engages in work with new clients, and takes genuine satisfaction in helping to solve emerging challenges.
