ABOUT LAURENT

Laurent Heiliger, Managing Partner, was one of the historic partners around Henri Grisius back in 2001. Previously, he was a tax manager in an international audit firm. Laurent graduated from ICHEC, Brussels, with a « Licence en sciences commerciales et financières ». He is a qualified “Expert Comptable” with the “Ordre des Experts Comptables”, IFA member as well as a member of the tax committee of the OEC.

Laurent has extensive experience in designing and implementing international tax planning structures for institutional and private clients. He advises in the restructuring of multinational companies as well as in transactions with private equity and real estate components. Laurent also monitors and verifies all aspects of the direct tax compliance activities of the Luxembourg entities.
