RSM Switzerland signed the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) in 2022, joining over 3,000 business leaders worldwide in a shared commitment to gender equality and the empowerment of women across the workplace, marketplace, and community.

Established by UN Women and the UN Global Compact, the WEPs provide a strategic framework for companies to implement inclusive and equitable business practices. The seven principles cover areas such as leadership commitment, gender-sensitive workplace policies, equal pay, work-life balance, and public accountability.
