In 2025, RSM Switzerland became a proud participant of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) — the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, uniting over 20,000 companies across 160+ countries.
The UNGC encourages businesses to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies, and to report on their progress in implementing its Ten Principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption. It also calls on companies to actively contribute to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Our commitment to the UNGC in 2025 builds on the foundation laid by RSM International, which joined the initiative in October 2022. This reflects a unified, global dedication to integrating sustainability into every aspect of how we work and grow.
By joining the UNGC, RSM Switzerland gains access to a global platform for knowledge exchange, peer learning, and collaboration — enabling us to expand our impact, connect with other forward-thinking organizations, and continually enhance our approach to responsible business.
