About Flavio

Flavio works as a Senior Manager in the Tax and Legal team at RSM Switzerland in Zurich. He joined the firm in 2021 and has more than 10 years of experience in Swiss and international tax practice. He gained this experience at international consulting firms, a multinational corporation (in-house), as well as a tax authority.

As the Head of the Individual Tax team in Zurich, he covers a broad range of legal areas, including the taxation of individuals, withholding taxes, social security, immigration law (work and residence permits), employee compensation and incentive schemes, corporate taxation, transfer pricing, and more. He supports his clients in navigating complex cross-border situations in a constantly evolving environment. He has extensive expertise in advising executives and entrepreneurs and is highly regarded for his knowledge in Private Client Services and Global Employer Services.

He is actively involved with the German-Swiss Chamber of Commerce and regularly exchanges with economic development organisations.
