Yasemin Aksoy Anıl

Corporate Finance Director

Yasemin Aksoy Anıl graduated from Boğaziçi University in 1993, completing a double major in Economics and Business Administration and ranking third in the Department of Economics.

She began her career at Koçbank as a Management Trainee and continued her career at Yapı Kredi following the merger of Koçbank and Yapı Kredi. During her approximately 25-year banking career, she initially worked as a Portfolio Manager and subsequently served as a Branch Manager for 13 years. In these roles, she managed the full spectrum of banking needs for medium- and large-sized SMEs and commercial companies, including structuring credit facilities and limits; developing financing, cash management, foreign trade, leasing, and factoring solutions; structuring financial risk management products; and managing surplus funds and liquidity.

Following her banking career, she joined Bayegan Group’s companies in Türkiye as Finance Manager, where she was responsible for cash management, banking relationships, investment feasibility studies, investment financing, and interest rate and foreign exchange risk management.

Drawing on her extensive experience in managing finance from both the banking and corporate perspectives, she currently serves as Corporate Finance Director at RSM Turkey

In addition to her professional responsibilities, she provides mentoring and training in financial literacy.
