The new VAT Law No. 48/2024/QH15 | RSM Vietnam

On November 26, 2024, the National Assembly of Vietnam officially passed the new Value-Added Tax (VAT) Law, No. 48/2024/QH15. Following a period of public consultation and revisions, the updated law introduces key changes aimed at improving the VAT system and enhancing tax compliance in the country.
