Chau is a Director at RSM Vietnam, specializing in Personal Income Tax Compliance and Advisory services. With over 15 years of professional experience, she has advised a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations and Vietnamese corporations, representative offices of foreign traders, executive offices, and established organizations in various industry sector including Industrial Manufacturing, Agriculture, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Technology.

She leads and delivers comprehensive service lines including payroll outsourcing, labor compliance, and HR compliance. She has extensive experience in advising on PIT planning for expatriate global mobility, particularly in relation to Double Taxation Agreements between Vietnam and other jurisdictions.

She supports large foreign-invested enterprises with ongoing PIT compliance and on-demand services, while also delivering the high-level PIT services including PIT health checks, PIT audits, and advisory services.

She also has significant practical experience in assisting foreign traders with the establishment and closure of its representative offices in Vietnam.
