Gaurav brings nearly 15 years of experience in business valuation, financial modelling, corporate finance, feasibility studies, due diligence, and debt restructuring and refinancing. He has worked across multiple geographies, including India, Bahrain, and various markets in West and South Africa, and has gained exposure to diverse sectors such as Consulting, FMCG, Mining, Consumer durables, BFSI, and Conventional & Islamic banking.

His previous roles include serving as Divisional CFO for the Industry and FMCG division of Noble Group, a leading FMCG and manufacturing conglomerate in West and South Africa with annual revenues exceeding USD 1 billion. He also has over six years of corporate banking experience across both Conventional banking (ICICI Bank – India) and Islamic Banking (Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain).

He is currently a Manager at RSM Bahrain, where he leverages his experience to advise public and private-sector clients on M&A advisory, debt restructuring, strategic growth, and performance improvement initiatives.

His experience spans multiple geographies and industry sectors, advising Fortune 500 companies and government institutions across FMCG, banking, telecom, hospitality, education, healthcare, financial services, industrials, and the public sector. He works closely with C-suite executives, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and build durable stakeholder alignment.
