Monir was an ex-trainee of MMH.

He holds B.Com (Hons) and MBS degrees in Accounting and is an Income Tax Practitioner and VAT Consultant registered with the National Board of Revenue (NBR). Prior to rejoining MMH in August 2022, Monir gathered experience in the TAX & VAT Compliance departments of MGH Group, leading conglomerate in Bangladesh and BRAC, the largest NGO in the world for cumulative 8 years.

Monir is responsible for VAT related services including VAT accounting, return preparation, recurring compliance-related services, advisory, appellate services and dispute resolution.
