Krishnendu qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh in 2010 while working for the independent correspondent firm of Deloitte in Bangladesh from 2006 to 2015.  He had worked in the taxation department of the former independent correspondent firm of Deloitte in Bangladesh for 7 years.

He gathered wide experience in corporate tax assessment, appellate services, alternative dispute resolutions, expatriate and outbound taxation, foreign direct investment and transfer pricing among others. His expertise also ranges to the provisions of Labour Law in Bangladesh.

A fellow member of the ICAB, he has M.Com and is a member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association and Sylhet Taxes Bar Association.

Krishnendu is a a Director of RSM Bangladesh Consulting Limited.
