Marzana qualified her ACCA exams in a span of 2 and a half years in 2014 and is a high achiever in multiple papers. She then went on to complete her ACA exams with the ICAEW in 2016, and has been with MMH since the initiation of her training in 2011.

She was active in debate and extracurriculars and has had the accolade of representing Bangladesh on international platforms after winning National Finals in competitions.

Marzana looks after BPO services, as well as international referral engagements and special assignments. She is also exclusively responsible for looking after the payroll services department, specialising in labour law.

She is the Executive Director of Masih Muhith Haque & Co. (RSM in Bangladesh) and the Managing Director of RSM Bangladesh Consulting Limited.
