Masih qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 from ICAB. He was a trainee with Rahman Rahman Huq (now KPMG in Bangladesh). He founded the firm in 1985, which has now grown to be one amongst the leading firms in the country under his leadership.

A past Council Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh for 12 years, he was elected the President of the Institute for 2015. He was nominated by the Government and acted as the Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Janata Bank Limited, the second largest state-owned bank in the country. He had also been in Governing Councils/Boards of Bangladesh Water Development Board, Bangladesh Telecommunication Company Limited, Micro Credit Regulatory Authority, Metro Rail Project, National Academy of Planning & Development, Bangladesh Institute of Capital Management, etc in addition to few private sector Boards.

With more than three decades of experience, Masih is responsible for audits of Banks, Insurance & Financial Institutions, apart from transaction support and legal services. He also looks after audits of donor funded projects, including the UNDP, USAID, World Bank, ADB, etc.

Masih is the International Contact Partner for Masih Muhith Haque & Co. (RSM in Bangladesh) and Chairman of RSM Bangladesh Consulting Limited.
