Rizwan Rashid Arnob

Senior Manager (Audit & Assurance)

Rizwan is a Senior Manager of the Audit & Assurance Department. 

Rizwan began his professional career in 2012 with Nexia International Bangladesh. After three years, he joined RSM in 2015 as an Assistant Manager and steadily advanced through various roles within the Audit and Consulting departments. In 2023, he took on leadership roles in two multinationals—one in BPO services and the other in the shipping industry. He has since returned to RSM in 2025, where he currently serves as a Senior Manager.

With over 12 years of experience, Rizwan has developed deep expertise in Audit, Accounting, Payroll, Business and Tax Advisory, and RJSCF secretarial services. He has worked with a broad spectrum of clients, including MNCs, local conglomerates, branch and liaison offices, and NGOs. At RSM, he leads teams across these service lines and contributes to strengthening internal controls, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance.

Outside of work, Rizwan values a balanced lifestyle. He enjoys family time, has a strong interest in IT and sports, and actively seeks opportunities for personal growth beyond his professional domain.

Career Timeline:

- 2012: Began professional journey with Nexia International in Bangladesh.

- 2016–2023: Joined RSM as Assistant Manager; advanced to Manager during this period

- 2023–2025: Served as Manager, BPO at a multinational accounting firm, followed by a role as CFO in the shipping industry

- 2025: Rejoined RSM as Senior Manager
