Webinar: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

You cannot ignore artificial intelligence (AI) these days.
You gradually see the benefits for your SME. Maybe AI can help you get more out of the data you have. To produce more efficiently. Or to completely change your business model. However, you still have many questions.

  • What is AI really capable of?
  • What risks do you have to take into account?
  • And which rules must you (legally) comply with?

Because when discussing artificial intelligence policies, it’s hard not to talk about the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) at the same time. Because the GDPR has had the most impact of any law globally in terms of creating a more regulated data market – while data is the key ingredient for AI applications.

But what is the interaction between the GDPR and AI? And how are AI systems regulated by GDPR?

You will find many answers on these questions during the webinar of DPO Pro, hosted by RSM Belgium on Tuesday 15 June 2021.

For this it will bring together diverse stakeholder representative organisations and facilitate the creation of tools, advice and recommendations. The Knowledge Centre was established as part of the Artificial Intelligence Policy Plan approved by the Flemish government in 2019.
