FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business;
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, including redirecting phone calls;
  • Handling client calls in a professional and effective manner, while streamlining office operations;
  • Managing partners and directors’ diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Minimum Higher School Certificate
  • At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role;
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills;
  • Basic experience in admin support.

 

AUDIT ASSOCIATES

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Working with senior associates to execute audit engagements;
  • Assist in the effective discharge of responsibilities assigned; and
  • Providing regular feedback to audit seniors and managers on assigned tasks.
  • ACCA level 1 completed;
  • 1-2 years’ experience in auditing;
  • Exposure to audit software will be an advantage.

 

ACCOUNTS ASSOCIATES

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Assistance to VAT computation.
  • Preparation of NPF, TDS and PAYE returns.
  • Purchasing/accounts payable.
  • Sales/accounts receivable.
  • Preparing bank reconciliations.
  • Degree holder.
  • QuickBooks or any other accounting
    software.
  • Interested candidates are requested to

AUDIT SUPERVISORS / SENIORS

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Conduct assigned audit engagements from start to end.
  • Supervise associates, providing guidance and overall review of deliverables.
  • Ability to carry out both onshore and offshore audit engagements.
  • Ability to deal with technical matters relating to funds, private equity instruments and other complex structures during the audit process.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills, providing regular feedback to managers, directors and partners on assigned tasks.
  • ACCA/ACA partly qualified.
  • 3-6 years’ experience in auditing.
  • Exposure to audit software will be an advantage.

ACCOUNTS SUPERVISORS / SENIORS

  • Preparation of payroll;
  • VAT computation;

  • Purchasing/accounts payable;
  • Sales/accounts receivable;

  • Preparation of management accounts;
  • Supervise associates, providing guidance and overall review of deliverables;
  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills, providing regular feedback to managers, directors and partners on assigned tasks.
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA partly qualified.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in accounting.
  •  QuickBooks or any other accounting software.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Review of payroll computations;
  • Review of VAT computations;
  • Review of NPF, TDS and PAYE returns;
  • Review of management accounts;
  • Supervise team, providing guidance and overall review of deliverables;
  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills, providing regular feedback to directors and partners on assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients
  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA partly qualified / qualified.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in accounting.
  • QuickBooks or any other accounting software.

EXPERIENCED INTERNAL AUDITOR TO WORK WITHIN RISK ADVISORY

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Review the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
  • Attention to details and excellent analytical skills.
  • Prepare and present findings to the audit committee.
  • Fully / partly qualified.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience, preferably within practice.
  •  Experience in IT audits will be an advantage.
