Zainab is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with over 14 years’ experience working in tax services. She started her career in tax services with EY where she worked for almost 6 years. She then joined RSM Mauritius and assisted in the setting up of the appropriate procedures and controls for the smooth running of the newly established tax department. 

In September 2018, she joined Global Finctax Services Ltd, a boutique tax firm providing professional tax services to clients ranging from high net worth individuals resident in Mauritius to multi-national enterprises with a footprint in Mauritius. Zainab joined RSM Mauritius again in May 2023. 

Zainab has a strong expertise in local tax compliance and has also assisted clients with tax audits and various tax issues. At Global Finctax Services Ltd, she had great exposure to the global business sector as well as reporting for FATCA and CRS purposes. She has serviced clients across various industries and jurisdictions.
