Daicy Aguilera

Daicy Aguilera is a distinguished Certified Public Accountant with a solid background in accounting, finance, and taxation. A graduate of the National University of Asunción, she has extensive academic and technical training that supports her professional performance.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting Audit and Taxation from the Universidad Americana, and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio (Madrid, Spain). In addition, she has earned a Diploma in Taxation from the Catholic University of Asunción and a Diploma in Internal Auditing from the Autonomous University of Encarnación. Her education is further complemented by the International Course on Assurance Standards ISAE 3000 (FOTRIEM).

As Director of RSM Paraguay, Daicy leads the BPO, Audit, and Tax service lines, promoting team integration and technical excellence across all areas. Her leadership is characterized by a strategic approach focused on service quality and the continuous strengthening of internal processes.

With extensive experience in audits across various economic sectors, Daicy has led Tax Credit Recovery for Exporters and Overpaid Tax Refund projects, achieving successful and high-impact results for her clients. She also has a strong track record in comprehensive tax advisory services.

Daicy additionally serves as a Court-Registered Accounting Expert before the Supreme Court of Justice (Registration No. 1,549), reaffirming her commitment to ethics, transparency, and professional excellence.
