At RSM Switzerland, we are dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion beyond our own organization. This is why we are proud to partner with the Association découvrir, an organization dedicated to supporting the integration of highly skilled women from diverse international backgrounds into the Swiss job market.

Through this collaboration, we create meaningful opportunities for connection and professional growth. Our joint initiatives include mentoring programs, business lunches, and discovery days in our offices – all designed to help talented professionals navigate the unique challenges they face despite their qualifications.

For example, in February 2024, over 30 members of the association gathered at our office for a business lunch event where RSM employees from accounting, tax, and assurance departments shared insights about their professions within the Swiss context. The event also featured speed-coaching sessions and networking, providing valuable guidance and fostering a supportive community.

This partnership not only enriches our workforce but also strengthens inclusivity and dynamism within Swiss society. We are honored to contribute to Association découvrir’s impactful mission and remain committed to empowering diverse talent for a stronger, more inclusive economy.
