About Petrit

Petrit joined RSM in 2023 and advises Swiss and international clients on domestic and international tax constellations, supporting with general compliance and transaction‑related matters, including withholding tax, financing, transfer pricing, and tax due diligence inputs throughout merger and acquisition processes.

Petrit has prior experience in tax advisory, legal analysis, evidence‑based policy design, and navigating complex regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. 

He holds a Bachelor of Law, a Master in European and International Tax Law from Lund University in Sweden and an LL.M. in Law in a European and Global Context from Católica Global School of Law in Lisbon, Portugal, complemented by a specialization in Swiss Tax Law at KV Business School Zürich and draws on multilingual skills.
