Holding an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA FH) and certified as an IPMA Project Manager, complemented by extensive training in HR, Social Security, and Global Mobility, Nikola advises clients on risk mitigation, operational excellence, and scalable payroll solutions.
Together with his specialist team, he delivers national and international payroll engagements, including multi-country payroll setups, expatriate and shadow payroll, system implementations, and vendor management, ensuring compliant, efficient, and sustainable outcomes.
