About Carmen

Carmen is Senior Manager at RSM Switzerland AG within the Deal Advisory department. She holds a PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) in Economics from Technical University of Munich (TU München) and a Diploma in economics from Ludwig Maximilians University Munich. She has built her career in Mergers and Acquisitions and transaction advisory, with a strong focus on analytical rigor and structured execution.

Based in Zurich, she advises owner-managed businesses and SMEs, primarily in the Swiss mid-market, and supports clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle. Her work focuses on the preparation, structuring and execution of transactions, as well as on supporting management and shareholders in complex strategic and transactional decision-making.

She has strong expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Due Diligence, Valuations and financial analysis, and regularly advises on sell-side and buy-side engagements, including cross-border transactions. Her experience spans various industries and transaction settings, involving close collaboration with management teams, shareholders and external advisors.

Carmen combines strong analytical depth with a structured, process-driven approach and a high level of attention to detail. She operates confidently in international environments and is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.
