March 6, 2018 | 15:00 - 17:00 at the Geneva Press Club

We are pleased to invite you to a presentation regarding the upcoming GDPR enforcement and the recent changes to Swiss legislation that are likely to affect Swiss-based NPOs and NGOs.

The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is coming into force on May 25, 2018 and will fundamentally change the way that organisations access, store and use personal data of EU citizens.  With fines for non-compliance of up to 4% of revenue or €20 million, whichever is higher, businesses and organisations should take steps now to make sure they are GDPR- ready. In addition, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection is currently being revised. NPOs and NGOs established in Switzerland are not spared from these two critical regulatory developments.

To learn more, join us at the Geneva Press Club, Route de Ferney 106, La Pastorale, 1202 Geneva for an informative presentation given by our panel of experts as well as networking opportunities.
