Deniz Kabaağaç is a graduate of Galatasaray High School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University, along with a Master’s degree in Political Science.

He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he was involved in internal audit and corporate finance engagements across the Istanbul, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi offices. During this period, he worked extensively with multinational corporations, focusing on financial structures, risk assessment, and operational efficiency analysis.
He later served as Financial Controller at Marsa Kraft Jacob Suchard, assuming responsibility for budget oversight, cost analysis, profitability evaluation, and financial reporting. Subsequently, he joined Emsan Holding as Finance Coordinator, where he led initiatives in financial restructuring, cash flow management, and investor relations.
Since 1997, he has been active in strategic advisory and market research, providing services to industrial and investment companies. His work encompasses market analyses, investment feasibility studies, market entry strategies, and preliminary merger and acquisition assessments. To date, he has contributed to over 200 projects across 21 countries.
