In 2009, he graduated from Selcuk University, Department of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Later, he worked as an Outsource Assistant Manager at an Audit Firm.

Joining the Arkan&Ergin family in 2011, CPA Seyfeddin Mustafa Talımaç served as the Outsource Department Manager and Outsource Department Director to many companies from various sectors in accordance with the VUK (Tax Procedure Law), TTK (Turkish Commercial Code) and SGK (Turkish SSI) regulations.

He has been continuing his career as a managing partner in the Outsource Department since 2021.
