About Oleksandr Dudar

Oleksandr Dudar is the Vice President of RSM Ukraine. He serves as the key engagement partner for the statutory audit of financial statements of banking institutions and other public interest entities (PIEs), with extensive experience in managing audit engagements and ensuring compliance with professional standards.
His other area of focus is audit of grants and project costs financed by international donor organisations, including IBRD, EU, US Gov and others. 
Oleksandr is responsible for the monitoring and remediation process within the System of Quality Management (SOQM) of the RSM Ukraine group of companies, engagement quality control, methodological support of engagement teams, interaction with regulators and key clients, and the implementation of remedial actions.

Experience

Oleksandr Dudar has 19 years of professional experience in providing audit, other assurance and related services, including more than 9 years serving as a key audit partner for public interest entities (PIEs). He has extensive experience leading and participating in financial due diligence (DD) projects, risk assessments, internal control reviews, preparation and transformation of financial statements, internal audit quality assessments, and various advisory engagements.
Oleksandr also has significant experience in conducting quality control inspections of RSM member firms worldwide, both as a team member and as a captain of Global Inspection Teams.
In addition to client-related work, Oleksandr actively participates in delivering internal training programs for the Company’s professional staff, implementing automated tools in audit activities, and contributing to discussions and commentaries on legislative initiatives relevant to his area of expertise.
