About Dmytro Igoshev
Igoshev Dmytro is the Audit Manager responsible for financial statement audits prepared in accordance with Ukrainian Accounting Standards (UAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as consolidated reporting packages of companies. He is responsible for organizing and conducting audit engagements, taking into account industry-specific features, while ensuring compliance with International Standards on Auditing and internal quality requirements.
In his role, he coordinates audit teams, monitors project timelines and budgets, maintains effective communication with clients, and plays an important role in resolving complex professional issues. Dmytro also contributes to team development and the implementation of best practices, maintaining a high level of service quality and strengthening client trust.
Experience
Dmytro has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of audit. He began his career in 2010 as an Audit Assistant at RSM Ukraine, accumulating experience and audit expertise in such industries as energy, agriculture, manufacturing and processing, wholesale and retail trading and IT technology.
In addition, Dmytro is actively involved in audit and other assurance services related to financial reporting of projects funded by international donor organizations, including USAID/DoS, IBRD, KfW, and others. Within these engagements, he provides assurance on compliance with donor requirements, transparency of reporting, and the adequacy of internal control systems.
